I have been reading and observing everything you are doing for the community, especially for the minnows. You want to stop the same bunch of people taking all the rewards everyday. This is a very good initiative.

Many people are afraid.. afraid of losing their share.. In one of your post you asked everyone to flag even if their flags won't do much because of low SP. But it will still send a message of not approval. However if anyone ever does that, they will later end up losing a lot when revenge is taken on them.

It took me lots of courage to finally write this. As a matter of fact I'm tired of seeing these same bunch of people trending everyday. Just how much more power and money do they need?

There have been so many budgets and free delegations to a lot of people in the name of promoting Steemit. They did a bit promotion but they never did anything else for retention. For exam @jerrybanfield would make videos and post it on different social media to promote Steemit and then if anyone joins from his promotional videos they will have to buy votes from him.

I'm glad to see you are the only one fighting here.. Hopefully there will be many more who will support your initiative. You are not only just flagging, but by doing so you are giving up a lot. I believe to flag someone the same amount is VP gets lost, which you could just used for self-voting last minute comment voting.

I have checked some of the videos made by @haejin, which hardly ever makes any sense to me, perhaps my knowledge is limited so I might not understand, but what I know is whatever prediction he makes ever comes true. More like I randomly pick 20 currency daily and say they will all increase by 10% today, and if just the price of one out of two coins increase I will telling the world hey look I said that coin would increase 10% and so it increased now you all start calling me prophet. That's what is actually happening.

You are also doing a wonderful work by fighting against voting bots. Many minnows don't understand that buying votes from a bot may look profitable but when it comes to claim the rewards, it's actually lower than the amount paid for the vote. And again many people are using these bots to buy votes just to be on trending, I believe you are totally right in this that only posts which truly adds value should trend, because before signing up, a newbie will read few posts to understand the present, and when a not so good post appears on trending and a newbie reads that, the first impression won't be that good.

We minnows find it very competitive to get some delegations even after paying for it, but some people gets free delegations, sometimes more than million SP, yet they keep asking for more and more, not to help the community or the minnows grow but to self-vote or vote-selling.

There are many communities here, some of their mission statement is to help the minnows grow, but then again they have all types of service charge.

I'm a minnow, I hardly ever got much support from the whales. In the end I had to settle down buying delegations from @blocktrades and @minnowbooster but I realize this won't help me, rather whatever is made will end up again when it comes to paying for a renewal.

I truly believe Steemit has the power to help many. Steemit can eliminate poverty, Steemit can support the sick or the elderly. Steemit can build relation and help these relations improve. But the control is in the hands of the top whales. But because of the abuse by few people it is making the rich get richer and the poor will either lose their expectations and would just stay away.

Finally I would like to say thanks @berniesanders for standing against the abuser. I hope there will be more whales like you who will fight against powerful corrupted whales to whom steemit means their personal money printing machine while others just watch them and feel sad. But you are right, we should raise a voice and let know they can't play in whatever way they want to, and to begin with we should do it by our witness votes.

It took me a great courage to write this, because those people will shut me down and my reputation will also drop, and probably all my pending rewards will also drop but it's high time to let them know.
