They will all bounce. I would say now is the time to fatten our wallets with altcoins. As I'm not that experienced I'm afraid I will not follow my own advice here and then I'll eat my heart out...

Steem is a good way to go because this platform doesnt need bitcoin to survive :) as long as people keep using it and more people come it will only grow IMO
