Draws and sketches, a sneak peak of the past 2 days side projects.
My beloved steemians welcome to my blog.
Thank you for stopping buy and checking out some of my artwork, I always try out new things, some failures, others not so. In the process to discover new things you need to experiment a lot. So that is what I was trying to focus on. Trial and error.
Some times you can't decide to any, or to many. You want to go all out and work on everything at the same time, progress them, all together. This happened a lot to me this passed week, not everything work out as I was expecting but still figures always pop out, and at figurative you go with that, even if that means it is a draw or just a sketch. I must admit that figurative expressionism gives a lot of freedom and a wide and limitless source for inspiration nearly as much as chaotic the cosmos is. It is a great place for inner peace and a form of meditation.
In art as in life you get to chose what you want to do, and you go from there. every choice you make it will translate to your piece on its way which could potentially lead you to something you never knew it was possible before you make that option. This experience is what you will need next time to achieve that mistake on purpose. And that is what makes life a form of art. As in paintings we need those mistakes more often. It is a form of art to evolve in life and keep on going.
Next is a figurative monotone to what resembles to a head of some sort. which is cool. I Like the way forms just flow in there made with acrylics and a spatula.
Below you will see some sketches I did one is an abstract kind of structure. Just a casual doodle you could say, this is what I do when I want to practice shading and I have nothing in particular in mind. I just fill shapes with shadows and go on. some times they tend to look kinda cool. they reassemble mantalla in a way.
All the above was made the last 2 days as something to pass time and practice a little bit with more or less forms and colors, I hope you enjoy my blog, if so make sure to leave me your up-vote and steem me up...

I don't dedicate much time to projects like this I usually search for that new thing that I would like to look further into. :)
The sketches though does take considerably way more time.

The face figure is a bit unsettling. It made me think of horror films, like a ghostly shadow appearing in a mirror. I liked it best!
