Achievement fundamentals.

Usually

You would want to get the best outcome out of every possible aspect of your lives. This is the case for the most of us in our lives, and our goals. The best house, car, job, you always get to want to have the highest of expectations. We don't get though always everything we want. Sometimes we compromise with less than our initial target. In all our lives spectrum this is a repeated motif. We under achieve in most of our goals. Most of the times we get burned out in our constant efforts to produce, and create.

Our mentality to be the best is crippling our potential to the point we get obsessed with being over-achievers. Hunting goals does has its benefits though, it is something we should practice a lot, but we need to take into consideration all possible scenarios, ideal outcomes comes with ideal programming. We have to be persistent enough to practice daily with the tools that are going to be our vehicles towards our goals, is that writing? Write more, painting? Paint more. etc.

Make sure to have a brake of whatever is that you are doing, yeah even if that is steeming all day, it probably is not the best you can do. Your brain needs to cool off. It needs to arrange and sort out all the info it absorbed from its surroundings, and trust me ! Most info surrounding us is just trash, straight up junk. You don't need that inside your heads. Sleep is the most important factor at learning sessions. So have that in mind next time you practice some new skills. Maybe a power nap after some new hobbies might help you the most becoming better at it.

If you want to be the best, you will need to get some rest. It is important to have a well rested body and mind, when you get involved into hobbies. I am not sure of you guys, but when I am tired every little thing that might occur out of the ordinary really irritates me. To the point I lose my focus and tend to waste my time circling around my head useless brain process.

Probably having a snack in between working out is a good idea as well. We need the energy we get so we can focus more to our project

Pump your body with vitamins and that will allow your brains to work more efficient, better, harder, faster, stronger.

To get to wherever your goals are, you need to step a good feet over the present, that is what will eventually lead you to success.
You should want a better body, you should want a better brain, those two are the most useful tools in our life that will get the job done.
so what I wanted to say is.

Νούς υγιής εν σώματι υγιεί

That's true!
I used to work in a company where taking a break was considered a bad thing or a way to avoid work so the end-result of this behavior, allow me to say was counter productive if not a "total disaster".
Take breaks, revisit your ideas, go for a walk...
The best ideas come when you least expect it.
Thanks for being so helpful @skapaneas.

Oh.. And listen to music

Rest, Relaxation, Recuperation... sound advice.

I get the best results usually after exercising that. :)

Love this thank you :)

Very nice text dear!!

I am very happy to finally find a social network that supports me and helps me to support others - this is a great sense of balance. As you can see from my post summary for the last week (below), I have not been wandering -

Every one of the posts in this series is a major warning to humanity to notice now that those running our governments and major corporations are too often criminally minded and at worst absolutely psychopathic and a danger to all life everywhere. Some cases have more supporting evidence than others though and in the case in this post there is a wealth of official government papers and human testimony involved to show serious criminality.

The Plutonium Files: America's Secret Medical Experiments in the Cold War is a 1999 book by Eileen Welsome. It is a history of U.S. government-engineered radiation experiments on unwitting Americans, based on the Pulitzer Prize-winning series Welsome wrote for the Albuquerque Tribune.

The purpose of the experiments was to assess the effect of radioactivity on the human body. For example, between April 1945 and July 1947, 18 people were injected with plutonium by doctors associated with the Manhattan Project.None of these men, women, and children were told what was being done, and none gave informed consent. Most of the subjects, Welsome writes, "were the poor, the powerless, and the sick -- the very people who count most on the government to protect them".

Ongoing unlawful tests against non consenting innocents

There are numerous International and local Laws and guidelines which all professional scientists and doctors are made aware of regarding the ethics of scientific work that are meant to ensure the safety of human populations.Sadly though, just as with most other rules that these governments make and attempt to enforce on others, they rarely actually stick to them themselves - these governments are shown exactly for what they are, little more than facades designed to control the masses while providing ashield for what is often inhuman activity. In this case, it was uncovered that for at least 30 years tests were performed in secret to expose unknowing people to extremely dangerously radioactive material just to see what the health effects would be.

Test subjects involved pregnant women and also children.57 developmentally disabled children were fed oatmeal lacd with radioactive tracers - the 'experiment' was SPONSERED by MIT and QUAKER OATS - None of the children were informed and thus none consented!
