INDIAN CONSTITUTIONAL LAW
A citizen should be rights of as fundamental rights, equality of opportunity of employment, freedom of speech, cultural and educational rights, right to vote, right to hold certain posts under the constitution.
A person can become an indian citizen by domicile if he fulfils conditions,
- He must have his domicile in the territory of India at the commencement of the constitution ( 26th January 1950) and fulfil any one conditions.
a. He must have been born in India.
b. Either of his parents must have been born in India,
c. He must have been ordinarily resident in the territory of India for not less than five years immediately before the commencement of the constitution.
