Causes of spring depression
Spring depression is a condition that occurs after a long winter and continues throughout the spring. This is what psychologist Hristina Kraeva told Focus.
According to her, spring depression is associated with many physiological and psychological problems that occur in the body and the human psyche.
"Spring is a time when the body adapts and adapts to new conditions, a time in which a powerful transformation takes place in nature, to which our body must adapt," she commented.
Both winter and spring depression is a consequence of the change of seasons, and therefore it is a variant of so-called seasonal sensory disorder and affects 50% of people of working age.

Under these circumstances, a condition called spring dyschronosis arises, "said she.
The psychologist stressed that the reduced vitamin D reserves and the depletion of the magnesium element in the body, as well as the limited physical activity during the winter period and the lesser amount of light, also impacted.
