A VIDEO OF THE VEGETABLES I PREPARED
In the contest organised by @steemfoods, i prepared vegetable soup as shown in the video below
PREPARATION
Get your vegetables and remove all dirt and the root of the vegetables which is thick. Cut the vegetables to your desirable size. Wash the vegetables thoroughly with clean water until all sand particles are removed. Pack the washed and clean vegetables into a clean bowl and cover it.
Prepare your fresh pepper, tomatoes and onions. Wash everything with clean water and blend it. Put your blended pepper in a clean bowl and cover it.
Put some water in a pot and place it on fire. After the water might have boiled, pour it on the well washed vegetables. Pour it in a sieve after about five minutes.
Put a clean pot on fire. After the pot is dried, pour a moderate amount of oil into the pot and allow it to become hot. Pour the already blended pepper into the hot oil. Then add crayfish and locust beans to it.
Add your Maggi, salt and locust beans to the stew. Add your boiled fish and meat into the stew and allow it to steam with the stew for some minutes.
Add the vegetables to the stew on fire and wait for some minutes for it to cook well.
