At first, I thought that I would put up a post about Australia in the '80's. However, I'm relieved that I will be celebrating America in the '80's. My lack of sleep in the trenches was playing tricks on my mind! I mistakenly checked wiki for some good Aussie hit bands... I feel sorry for the Aussies. Even worse for the Kiwis...

Who doesn't love the 80's. 🤣 Bad hair, worse music, Miami Vice jackets, Mustaches...What's not to love? Loads of ammunition I reckon. Being an arbiter is not fair really, I have some awesome Ideas. Oh well, I'll fight in the next war. 🤓 For now I'll settle to sit back and watch you lot get your war-on.
I think the Wham reference is meant for @teamgb. George and Andrew were Brits, not Yanks. Now Prince was American, all 5' 2"" of him (157 cm for the rest of the world using a measuring system that makes sense).

I'll admit that I effed this up a bit (mostly for not paying enough attention) but my latest post does link to the 80s in a few places. Plus I don't see anything in the rules that says ENTIRE posts have to be about the 80s, sooooo I think I'm in the clear.
Choo, since none of us know what we're supposed to be writing about I believe we can just make wild "post-publication" claims as to some inference that could possibly be interpreted in a way to follow the rules, anyway, this is great fun and funny to follow!!!
