The Diary Game: 19/08/2021
Hello steemians. Hope we are all doing well. I bring to you another exciting episode of my daily diary. It was an existing day being in a new town and enjoying the new whether. I was so excited to be in Yaounde to attend and take part in Worship With Instruments 2021.
Get ready let's ride on.. boom boom boom
The day started when I was at Makenene in a bus travelling to Yaounde. Our bus stopped at makenene so we could buy some food and eat. I bought plantain and plums. After eating, I rushed to ease myself in a public toilet. When I came back, I rushed into the bus and the bus kicked off. While in the bus, I felt asleep and only got up at about 2am when we were already in Yaounde. We were then escorted to our rest house.
When we arrived the rest house, we prayed and thank God for journey mercies then we went to bed. At about 10am, we got from bed. The organizer of the program (Ngalla Graham) had send someone to do us breakfast. By 11am we had breakfast. Thereafter, at about 12:42pm,
we left for the HiPi center around Jovance. From there, I had to take a taxi to go see a friend at Etoudi. I spent about an hour in the taxi before I got there. I arrived there, we went to his studio. He was so pleased to have and asked me to connect my talk box so he can get it live as see how it works.
He was so excited to see how it works and sound. We had to a piece by Stevie Wonder titled "all I do". At about 5:32pm I had to park my stuffs and we left for Etougebe where all the musicians were going to meet and have a seminar. When we got there, we passed by church and could see the sound engineers setting up the sound. We went to the hall where the seminar was going on. We introduced ourselves to the other instrumentalist then the meeting continued. When the seminar was over, we met and greeted the other instrumentalists from Buea, Yaounde. We then left for home (our rest house). We arrived home at about 10:47pm. I had to eat that late since I didn't eat during the day. After eating, I then went to rest.
