Thick oat pancakes
The basis
Oatmeal 170 grams
Wheat flour 25 grams
Sugar 50 grams
Salt 1/4 tsp
Baking powder 1 teaspoon
Eggs 2 pcs.
Milk 175 ml.
We cook the dough. Pour into the bowl two types of flour, sugar, salt and baking powder. Add eggs and mix well with whisk. Then add the milk and mix again well.
We give the dough to stand for 7-10 minutes, so that the oatmeal is slightly swollen. We heat the frying pan on medium-high heat. Lightly oil it with oil. We pour 2 tablespoons each. Test and distribute in a circle. The thickness of the layer is about 0.5 cm.
Then turn it over.
And bake another half a minute on the other side. This minute and half a minute can be longer or shorter depending on the particular plate and the specific burner, so catch the right time, do not yawn;) Ready-made hot pancakes are served with fruit or maple syrup, jam, fresh or canned fruit and berries, condensed milk or simply With a piece of butter.
