SHINE PLUS | screen reader for the visually impaired
Hello friends of Steemit, today I bring you a publication related to the world of technology, which as you well know, this is one of the factors that contribute to the development or progress of the modern world, as well as education, which as is in this case , provides a great help with people with special needs such as the blind or visually impaired, in this sense, I want to instruct them about the screen reader called "Shine Plus"
This program offers many customization options, lightness, speed and with an intuitive and agile interface, shine Plus, is placed among the applications dedicated to people with more complete and effective visual problems that can be found inside and outside of the operational stores of applications .
In the operational stores this program or project can be found as "ScreenReader For Blind" (screen readers for the blind) and its development belongs to SHINE ATLAB, Inc. Android Development Team.
Shine Plus has 3 ways to use:
- It is aimed at completely blind people, and what it does is give the blind the possibility of interacting with their mobile team through
voice feedback. - The second way to use it is aimed at people with some visual remnants or low vision, showing at the top of the screen, a text with what is observed or identified on the screen.
- The last mode of use is intended for people with a higher degree of vision than the previous one and it is a way of protecting sight.
It also has the ability to work with horizontal or vertical sliding bars, labeled buttons that lack some description and many more features.
