Just imagine how healthy you would be if...
- You skipped breakfast. Who invented this meal anyway? Some corporation no doubt. Fasting increases longevity so break-fast much later in the day.
- You stopped eating grains. Digesting grains forces you body to create insulin and insulin shortens your life.
- You ate green leaves and an avocado for lunch every single day.
- You stopped eating so much meat. How much meat do you think humans evolved to eat? Just take the guns and ammo out of the hands of humans and see how much meat they consume. mTor spikes when you consume protein and mTor shortens your life.

- You fuelled your body and brain with healthy fats instead of carbs. - You stopped eating seeded vegetables which are actually fruits. The seed and skin are full of harmful lectins capable of causing great harm. Did you seriously believe these plants were going to let you eat their babies without making you pay a price? Yes, an avocado is an exception.
