I hope everyone is well. I am also very well by the grace of God. I could not post appropriately on the platform for many days due to personal problems. I myself was a little sick due to not being physically well, children's work, family work, and a little bit about everything. I was mentally disturbed, so I could not work with my mind on this platform.

Now I am good, Alhamdulillah, physically and humanly. I hope I can post regularly from now on. When a mother is sick in the house, the whole place turns upside down. I realized that after being sick for a few days, I couldn't take care of my children correctly for a few days. I couldn't listen to their studies, studying Arabic at home, taking my son to private, everything his father has seen and heard, but the way a mother keeps the family in order, it is not possible for a father many times, my children have been eating doughnuts for a long time. I wanted to, but due to my illness, I couldn't make it. Today, I feel a little better, so I thought I'd make some doughnuts and feed them. When I told my kids I would make doughnuts today, they were thrilled, so I finished my lunch and rested for a while.

Then, with no more delay, I prepared to make doughnuts. First, I made a dough with flour, 2 cups of flour, one egg, one spoon of yeast, a little salt and sugar and kneaded the dough generously with warm water with light yolk. The dough should be kneaded for a long time. After kneading well, I left the dough for half an hour. The dough will be a little soft and swell well. I prepared the chocolate Grinch. To prepare the chocolate Grinch, mix half a cup of cocoa powder, 1 cup of sugar, and three and four spoons of butter and cornflower. One chocolate should be cooked well in the oven. After a while, the Chocolate Grinch is ready. Then I crushed some sugar in a blender to sprinkle on top of the doughnuts, then I made round doughnuts with it and fried them in hot oil until they puffed up nicely. I sprinkled sugar and prepared the doughnuts. The child liked the doughnuts very much. I gave them to everyone in the house, who liked them very much. Actually, after many days, I cooked something for the children, and I was delighted to see it.

Every mother in the world wants to take care of their children properly. Sometimes, things don't go well due to their own illness. May all the mothers of the earth be well and healthy.
