Salutations to all of you. I hope that everyone is doing well and having fun in a safe manner. Thank God, I'm doing quite fine too. Summer is passing by so beautifully. Because of the increasingly severe indoor and outdoor temperatures, everyone is finding the summer months more and more challenging. The day began with appalling weather, including excessive perspiration and humidity. Because mangoes are our favorite fruit and it's summer, I wanted to create a highly drinkable sherbet on this hot day.

Mangoes are also readily available. I just want to drink water since my throat feels dry. Mangoes are known for their wonderful taste, smell, and aroma, which are best enjoyed in the hot summer months. I decided to eat something cold to cool down my body today after waking up feeling overheated and feeling that way over and over again. Since summertime brings ripe mangos, I wasted no time in making a delicious mango milkshake.

First, I took some mangoes from the fridge, washed them thoroughly, peeled the skins from the mangoes, and squeezed the mangoes in a blender with all the juice and pulp of the mangoes and 1 cup of milk and sugar in the blender. And mixed it well with some water, then crushed some ice in the blender and blended it for a while, then poured it in a glass and then served it to everyone. My son really enjoyed this mango milkshake.

Now we all should drink a lot of water and consume water-based juices, which will protect our bodies from dehydration and keep them healthy and fresh. It is very hot, and in this heat, we must drink water to get rid of all the water in our bodies.Moreover, by eating fruit juice this summer, our body will get many vitamins and nutrients, which are very important for our body.
