Ritz Biscuits recipe
Ingredients for 40 crackers
120 g of flour
45 g of cold butter
15 g of seed oil
1 small teaspoon of baking powder
8 g sugar
1 teaspoon of salt
80 g of water
Here's how to prepare Ritz-type croutons. Preheat the oven to 200 ° C. Mix the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar quickly in a bowl; add the cold butter of the refrigerator into small pieces and work everything with electric whips adding the oil and, little by little, the water until you get a homogeneous mixture.
Arrange the dough between two sheets of parchment paper and spread it with a rolling pin to obtain a very thin sheet. Cut out the discs with biscuit molds and transfer them to a pan lined with parchment paper. Prick the crackers with a fork and dust them with just a pinch of salt.
Bake them in the oven for about 10 minutes or until they start to brown on the surface.
