努力是重要的，但选择比努力更重要，我们受到的传统教育里，经常会有“坚持就是胜利”这样的名言，但是经验告诉我们：懂得在该放弃的时候放弃，显然比懂得坚持更重要。

Being Hardworking is important, but making the right choice is even more important. In our traditional education, there is a saying "determine and persistence equals success", but experience tells us to give up at the appropriate moment is obviously more important than persisting along a failure route.

一只鸟能选择一颗树，而树不能选择过往的鸟，这句话我觉得很有道理，鸟要选择一棵树是必然的，选择哪一棵树则是偶然的，除非鸟不能飞或者只剩了一棵树.
