Todays dessert is one of my favorite. Becouse it hasnt much kkalories,you stayed healthy and dont take weight.Just have a look and save for youself 📒📝

We need:
Cottage cheese - 200 g
Egg protein - 2 pcs
Fruits - 90 g (anything you have at home)
Sweetener - to taste(may use honey)
Cooking:
1 Beat with a mixer cottage cheese with 2 proteins and sweetener.
2 I took pineapple, orange and mango. Mix it with cottage cheese mass, put in a refractory form and put in a preheated 180 ° C oven for 15-20 minutes.
Such a treat for dinner just have to taste you and your loved ones.
