Migrant workers to have Orange Passports
Few days back I had posted a news regarding passport that I can no more be used as adress proof once order is passed from central government, and here comes another intresting update on Indian Passport. New passport for citizens who have Emigration check required [ECR] status will have orange cover jackets instead traditional dark blue.
I still remember similar kind of coloured IDs were provided in my coaching to easily recognises that which student should be allowed to enter and hoti which date.
Coming back to topic Indian passport have a blue cover, diplomatic and official passport have white and red jackets,Indian passport have a blue cover, diplomatic and official passport have white and red jackets, respectively.
And finally what's that ECR is about so, applicants who haven't cleared 10th standard are given a passport with ECR. If you cleared 10th still making this knowledge available to those who haven't could be a great idea.
