About Us. Meet Sinergia Curación

Sinergia Curación is an initiative devised by @luisucv34 and supported by @mendezand with the intention of increasing the interest of Spanish speakers in publishing articles in Spanish, encouraging them to write quality post through healing and publicly congratulating on the portal of Steemit That the other steemians can admire the works of the publications chosen by the group of Sinergia.

This project has no preference for any Spanish-speaker of Steemit but seeks to highlight those individuals who publish quality articles, with good analysis, explanation, grammar and spelling.
In the medium term we want to integrate the community in general.

Why do I need to start this project?

Lately we have seen a very high quality post but have few votes, we seek to support those people who spend time, effort and even money to startle the Steemit community and that their publications have been undervalued.

Unfortunately @ned has stopped giving upvote to Spanish publications, among the important cures in Spanish we have Spanish-Trail which we believe is not enough to support the Hispanic community.

What would be our mechanism?

Through our discord chat users will be able to auto-nominate their publications in the channel #presentatuspublicaciones or propose the other users so that the community has participation In this project. We will also create a post week for the postulation of publications.

We will have preference in original publications, in case of consulting sources it is really necessary to place them.
In case there is a post in English and Spanish of the same author and that either of them already have a good potential payout will be awarded, but will not be rewarded 100% to maintain equity.

We want to create a ranking of the authors with more post-winners and place them weekly in a kind of billboard, something similar to "employees of the month" in companies.

Before starting the project as such we will do a beta week to see if our mechanism works and we will do a survey to see what our idea looks like.
