Avoid hurting each other

If you're mad at each other, just end the call, or stop texting back. Turn your phone to airplane mode so you would not receive any texts / calls from each other anymore. If we are angry, there is a point that we can not control our impulses. We'd do everything to hurt each other's feelings then we just stop when someone is crying or has given up. Without thinking that the words we say are very much below the belt. Saying "Sorry" in the end is not enough to heal all the wounds in each other's heart. Seek and resonate with one another the customary words.

So if you can feel that you are both intensed and just crash the conversation, take the first move to avoid it. Just fix the problem if you feel that you are both calm and in the right state of mind to talk about it.

Create some code that everyone responds to that creates are reminder to return to kindness

Do a pattern intereupt to break the negative pattern and replace it with a kind pattern.

Triggers, hurt and pain setup some nasty self defense mechanisms. These reaponces aretrying to provent you from getting hurt again but you are actually perpectuating the pain.

Womens addrenaline can last up to an hour.
Mens adrenaline lasts for about 10 minutes.

So talk a hour long walk to allowthe adrenine to clear the system.
