Suspended and Shut down: The Crypto Graveyard

I'm a crypto noob, but have dabbled in a lot of different investment vehicles; what I'm learning, and (If you didn't know) the crypto space is like the Wild-West(Circa USA 1800's), and mimics various gold and oil rushes of the past. Fast money and low barriers to entry have resulted in a number of crackdowns. Money in crypto can be made and lost in hours, in stark contrast to traditional money(fiat). Unlike traditional Fiat trading, anyone with some mild technical know-how, or some money can create a coin almost overnight. I know there's a large list of cryptos larking in the graveyard, or bearly holding a pulse. I'd like to make a list of coins, websites, and exchanges that have either been shut down, are suspended or are in limbo. A list of major crypto hacks would also be nice. I'd welcome anyone with info to add below.
