It’s time we wake up to this truth.

I’m shocked by how many people have life twisted and upside down, when you’re emotionally strong and at balance with your wants needs and ambitions then you can deploy kindness to those around you.

I have this face with this statement because I’m so excited to get people to understand kindness is real, raw, powerful and the opposite of weak, people are always so worried that people will take advantage of their kindness without realizing that you can’t be taken advantage of when you have nothing to lose.

Give kindness without expectation -
