My top 5 cryptocurrency web applications
Below is my top 5 most used Cryptocurrency Web and Applications that I use every day without fail, they are not listed in any order as I use them all daily. I really hope that you find some use of them too if you already weren't aware of them.
http://www.bittrex.com as I am sure many of you may or may not already be aware is a cryptocurrency trading platform. Bittrex is known for having multiple trading market categories. All of their supported coins can be traded against bitcoin, which has always been the largest market for any altcoin to date.
One element Bittrex does have going for it is how most of its users are more than happy with the platform as it hasn't yet been hit with any major lagging issues. Even though there are always discussions as to why certain coins get listed and others do not, the overall sentiment is positive. Bittrex also holds security in high regard and it has never yet been hacked, this is important as the platform holds a lot of customers money. I believe that more recently, Bittrex has seen quite a few customers flow over from Poloniex (Another Altcoin Trading Platform) as they were experiencing some lag in the platform due to the increase of the Poloniex customer base surge.
http://www.coinspot.com.au is a multi cryptocurrency wallet with built-in trading features. Users can store many coins, including Bitcoin, DASH, Dogecoin, Litecoin and many others added frequently. CoinSpot also provides an affiliate program.
For sellers: It's free to sell, you'll get weekly processing of withdrawals to an Australian bank account (every Tuesday)
For buyers: You only pay a 1% commission and it's safe as the funds and coins are kept in escrow.
You must be an Australian or New Zealand Citizen to use - but that works for me as that's where I reside most of the time and my bank accounts are there even when I am overseas. The part I like most is that it uses a system called Poli, this allows for me to tap into my bank account and instantly purchase the coins of my choice. I wouldn't go so far to say that they are the cheapest, however, it is absolutely the most convenient for me that I have found to date. I also like the UI as it is extremely easy to navigate. Coinspot took me approximately 2 days to become fully verified and I was shocked when a representative called me on a Saturday to verify me personally over the phone - thumbs up for that Coinspot.
If you would like to join and you are from Australia or New Zealand - Feel free to use my affiliate link https://www.coinspot.com.au?affiliate=C06
http://www.coindera.com makes it easy to monitor Bitcoin and over one hundred cryptocurrencies. Receive real-time alerts sent via email, SMS, and push notifications to your Android or IOS device. Create powerful alerts using criteria not available through less advanced bitcoin alert services — all through a beautifully designed user interface.
I love Coindera, I use it all the time to set pre-determined buy in values of Altcoins and also time to buy alerts. It has saved me from sitting in front of my screen for endless hours. It is compatible with Bittrex and Poloniex and 16 other exchanges. As the website about states: "Create powerful bitcoin alerts using criteria not available through less advanced bitcoin alert services. 18+ exchanges and 550+ cryptocurrencies supported" It is a essential tool for any crypto/altcoin trader.
https://telegram.org is available on multi platforms - as their site states:
Telegram is a messaging app with a focus on speed and security, it’s super-fast, simple and free. You can use Telegram on all your devices at the same time — your messages sync seamlessly across any number of your phones, tablets or computers.
With Telegram, you can send messages, photos, videos and files of any type (doc, zip, mp3, etc), as well as create groups for up to 10,000 people or channels for broadcasting to unlimited audiences. You can write to your phone contacts and find people by their usernames. As a result, Telegram is like SMS and email combined — and can take care of all your personal or business messaging needs.
You will find many groups focused on Crypto Currency and Alt Coins, you will even find bots that can run applications and software through the API. I recently found a Pump and Dump group that I found quite interesting - If you don't know what a Pump and Dump group is , it is basically a large group of traders that manipulate certain non valuable altcoins to provide them financial gain by control in numbers. I mainly use Telegram for Forex and Crypto Signals.
https://www.coinexchange.io CoinExchange.io is an online altcoin exchange focused on ease of use, security and customer support. Their mission is to become a pillar in the online crypto currency market place. Even though a lot of the altcoins listed on coinexchange are rubbish coins in my opinion, I have sometimes found some amazing deals of newly listed coins at extremely low buy in prices listed there prior to being listed on Bittrex or Poloniex or other larger exchanges. This is one of the reasons I use it daily to see what is available and I start my research from there.
