Greetings dear friends,
It is a great pleasure to start a tutorial that will benefit all of us here since we all are cryptocurrency traders in one way or the other. Every steemian sells or buys steem at some point and most times we tend to make a good profit while doing this and that is the essence of this tutorial.

It will be a regular tutorial to guide everyone most especially newbies, admins, and moderators on the different crypto charts and indicators we are having so that they can better perform a good technical analysis and also make good trades at their convenience.

The crypto chart is the technical analysis part of crypto trading. As we all know there are two different types of analysis i.e. technical analysis and fundamental analysis and to be a successful trader, you have to consider both.

In this tutorial, we will be focusing on technical analysis and we will be discussing some basic things that every trader needs to take into consideration to carry out a good technical analysis, we will discuss different indicators one after the so that you which is better.

A practical section of a demo trade will also be taken into consideration during the process of this class. In all, we are going to be reviving ourselves and our knowledge about crypto trading via the tutorial I will be presenting one day in one day out.

A few basic things we will be looking at include

  • Support and Resistance
  • Trendline
  • Take Profit & Stop Loss
  • Indicators
  • Tools
  • Practical Demo Trade

In this tutorial, we will explain the basics of support and resistance in crypto charting, we will also discuss our understanding of trendline and how to draw it on a chart. We are also going to discuss Take Profit & Stop Loss levels in a chart and how and where to place them.

To achieve all these, we will be looking at the various types of indicators. Some of which I guess you are familiar with but some you will be seeing and learning about it for the very first time.

More also, I will be making use of the TradingView.com platform to carry out all the chart analysis. I'm sure everyone is familiar with Tradingview. In case you are not, don't panic because I got you all covered. I will explain the entire thing from the very beginning till the end.

How to add a chart & select an indicator from Tradingview

Step 1: Visit the Tradingview website by clicking the link www.tradingview.com, and click on the chart on the homepage. See the screenshot below.

Conclusion

Just as I have clearly stated, you need not be scared about the crypto chart as I'm going to be explaining it in a more clear and prise language to us all. I do hope you all will follow the course till the end as we have a lot to explore and explain. This will enable us to learn how to use technical analysis to predict the movement of goods and services at any point in time.
