Is Block Chain Governance Next?

The rabbit is out of the hat, blockchain technology works, and it is revolutionizing social media, and banking. My question is what else is it going to revolutionize? How is it going to affect the governance of social matters such as education?

In my opinion, a new world order is on its way and it could very well be based on new politics based on the Steemit model.

Most people don't understand that their presence, voice and actions in society has real value, and that it adds value to the community. Without blockchain technology, governments have no means to support and value activities such as being kind to one another even if these activities play an important role in the success of a nation. Ironically, many governments are instead increasingly concerned about the ability of its people to organize themselves against politics that are imposed upon them.

The essence of the problem comes from the capitalistic values and vision of politicians. Typically, when the government pays people on welfare, this expense comes from the taxes that people pay, and it is meant to help the needy. On the other hand, with a blockchain society lead by Steemit, you wouldn't get a welfare hand out from taxes; you only get a start up loan. There is no interest on it regardless of how long you keep it. The less you need it (because you managed to earn an income with the initial loan) the more they automatically take back part of your loan from your account.

Now imagine if governments supported students in a similar way? Every day, students would replenish their account and could lead comfortable student lives while not being afraid about accumulating a huge debt load.

Also, I am myself a memory trainer and finding a class to teach in this field is a challenge, but if students could pay out with up votes the better teachers or new learnings, it would make it much more interesting for me to try and teach students and become a teacher not because I have a degree but because students would feel they are learning something important with this or that teacher.

I believe this, or something like this is going to happen and it will revolutionize education for the better. My belief is that governments will have to give away control of the education system to the students who are going through it. That is where the power really belongs, in my opinion. Abusive teachers would find out that they don't just need a degree to teach, they need to have the respect of most of their students. I think this is fantastic news. The future looks much brighter to me now.

Your idea about incentivizing teachers is a great one I haven't yet considered. The implications that social blockchain technology will have on industries from A-Z are almost innumerable and unimaginable at this point. And that's freaking exciting.

For a long time I was feeling down and out about the horrifying conditions on mainstream services like Facebook, which experiment on manipulating their users without their consent! They are truly the full embodiment of evil.

Students do need to be heard and blockchain would give them more control and make them feel more engaged, if it could be used in the school environment.
