walking in the green!
Is there something better than relaxing in the nature in a lazy Saturday afternoon?
Today me and hubby spent some hours in the lands of Paolo's family, where there are some different fruits trees, blackberries, oak trees and some wild animals like pheasant and deers. It's always a pleasure to walk there and I love to collect some little treasures from the nature as feathers or little pieces of branches with lichen.
Sure, I love to pick up fruits too! ^_^

We have berries in the mountains but nothing like the lush green trees.

It's so nice to be able to go out in nature and just connect with the Earth, itself... there's something very healing about it, both to the body, to the mind and to the soul. Thanks for sharing your lovely afternoon!
I agree with you, there's something healing! Before to live in the city with my hubby (from 4 years) I've always lived in little villages in the country or on the mountain close to my city. I've always seen trees and nature from my window and now, living in the city (even if a very small city) sometimes I really need to stay in the green ^_^
Mmmmm Figs! I need to go out and take some pics in the yard... the Dogwood and Honeysuckle are in bloom and the yard smells so nice. I wish it was cool enough yet to sleep with the windows open! I posted a chap early today (I think you'll like it- even I cried when I read it)
