Thinking about the houses
Sometimes, when we're walking along the streets of my city, me and hubby love to fantasize about our dream's house. We fantasize on how much rooms, the style and the architectures, the furnitures. We watch the houses along the street and we say each other "I like the windows of this building!" or "I want an outdoor similar to this". It's funny and dreaming together is romantic too!
Maybe the only "style" that we both love is the style of the hobbit's houses, but I think is like a "mission impossible" for us ^_^
The houses are one of our favorite subject of our pieces of art, so I chose some of my artwork about this theme ^_^

have you seen the pictures of a guy who actually built his house in the side of a hill, dug a bit more into it and its a literal hobbit house.... and apprently wasnt even expensive to do
I've seen pics of different family wo built an hobbit house, so beautiful and not expensive! Here in Italy there's an ancient city called Matera where some houses were built directly in the rock of the mountains, very suggestive! ^_^
You can buy 'hobbit house' garden rooms in the UK- but they are not at hobbit prices. we can all but dream! :D

I really like the romantic hobbit house style. This is one of my shots from hobbiton. In Italy I saw some similar shape for cellars I can remember. But I thinkk noone lived in there :)
