My Actifit Report Card: June 29 2021

We are Back!🤗
High of 90 degrees, Silvertop can handle that!😊
We headed up Mountain about five PM….
“Jan are you up to hiking a bit?”
After the last two days Silvertop was anxious to hike………
“Just an evening hike, not too far it’s still hot!”
Silvertop, Liz, and Jan hiked the trail to the lumber mill, and Jan said she would wait till I climbed the steep trail to the overlook at the off grid cabin, and returned back down.
Liz waited with Jan, as I pushed on to the top!😅
Nice to be back on Sumas Mountain, and even nicer the the extreme heat has broken!
No view up top, it is clearer down valley.
The haze and humidity completely block out Vancouver BC!😯
I hope it’s cooler today for my friend @kerrisravenhill up in Canada today!
Just a short hike, to get my hiking legs back.
My morning project was spent in A/C putting a new office chair together
For the Mrs.
The instructions said “ Assembly to take 30 minutes”
“Silvertop you are way over the allotted time!”🥰
After I make today’s post, we will see if this chair fits in the hatch of the Mrs Car!😇
