Today was a tiring day for Silvertop......
Up way too late working on our blockchain, and up early this morning!😲
They call this “Burning your candle at both ends” Lol!🤣
So Silvertop shortened today’s hike.....a little.😇
This takes me back to today’s post lead in.....
You need time to recharge your batteries, set your fitness goals, but allow deviations in your routine to recharge both your body, and your mind.☺️
Realize that fitness isn’t just one day, it is a lifestyle, a long range goal, that will take you on many adventures!
How exciting to discover what is over the next ridge, just putting one foot in front of the other!☺️
Just leave some time to “smell the roses”.😇

You inspired me to work out, it's been a lazy but working week, wasn't able to work out so after reading your post I thought if this gentleman can do daily hiking, then what is stopping me?
