There is a written out list of 31 participants. Everyone who followed the rules of the giveaway was put on the list. The list was written in order of comments on the posts this week.
At 10pm ET I used Time.gov and Random.org to show the exact time I that I selected a random number out of a total of 31.
☝️Once the Generate tab is selected a random number is generated below in the blue highlight. #17 was generated on my first click!
