I just want to give the full run down on the monthly donations and delegations.
First I need to double check who was voting
Here is the link I'm using to see the last 23 days. As you can see a few people have missed a few votes. There is still time before the end of the month to catch up. If the missed posts have already paid out, then be sure to find a couple comments to drop those 100% Upcvotes on.
Donations/Delegation
First the standard question! Voting is only for community members, if you are really really interested in voting, check out the last few posts over this week, there are lots of details to get you started.
Now for everyone else, I'll repost the chart below, remember you can send a delegation or donation, or any combination of both. Ie-If you want silver tier you can delegate 500SP and then donate 25 STEEM to make the difference.

Donations need to be in before the end of the month, but I try to credit delegations whenever we get them along the way. This tool is the easiest way to send delegation at this time. If you so choose, put in your user name then follow the instructions.
I think that should cover the standard monthly delegations stuff
Second Chance Post
Today I'm going to change it too more a 'rub it in post', Sorry. This post was actually just made and it's one of the most incredible pieces of poured silver I've even seen, so I had to instantly buy it. First it's a wood pour, which has always been my favorite, it's around 10oz, which is the size of a wood pour I really wanted. It's got some really deep groves and even better it has a really good gold toning that has already formed. I've been loving the gold coming out on my water pour, and lastly the back is amazing. (do pours have obverses). The back has a small bubble which looks like it's contracted and gives the bar a really rough and raw looking natural texture. It's hard to tell from the photo but also looks like it has that snowflake or crystal kinda pattern in the top level of silver, that I really really love. All in all and epic bar. Anyways without further ado here is the post from @mr-vulcan.

I'm really hoping that that is my wood pour project that @mr-vulcan has been working on this weekend @phelimint! But if not, it looks great!
This was the test bar that I poured into your wood mold but it only can out to 8.1. I am cutting a new mold that will take 10ozt for you and will pour it today.
