Today I am going to share a few rounds that I think are pretty cool.
They are the Silver Bug Island rounds. They are a series produced by the North American Mint.
The ones you are viewing are the proof ones that have a limited mintage versus the BU rounds. They are edge stamped with the serial numbers.

I liked those rounds when they came out, but never got them. Too many good series started around that time.

I should tell you that my first month of stacking commemorative silver is first issue of Finding Silver Bug Island! I jut thought that it was the appropriate piece for me to mark my silver journey. I love what the rounds represent. This series, I thought then, was trying to mimick the Privateer series.
