Afternoon everyone....

Since many of you seen to like my post of on the job with silverd510. I thought I’d share some recent kitchen work with you as well today.

The trend in kitchen right now is a modern style cabinet in old school rich colors.

I am going to share two kitchen jobs today. I’m having an issue with the SD card reader on my daughters MacBook so i can only share the couple of pics taken with my phone. I will share the others when I can there are some really cool gadgets in these kitchens.

Kitchen No.1

This kitchen is made from mahogany wood. The stain used is called smoked caramel. This is the kitchen that has several gadgets. The big island you see in the center of the picture is a true workstation and the primary work space. The wife is a huge baker and I inside the base cabinet to the right there is a hydraulic platform that her Kitchaid mixer is mounted to. She opens the doors pulls a handle on the platform and the mixer comes out of the cabinet and lifts to the island countertop height. It’s a really cool gadget, but quite expensive.

Kitchen No.2

This kitchen is made from cherry wood. The chosen stain on this one is called cordovan, it also has a glaze of sienna mist applied on top of the stain. This kitchen is more of a galley Style, no island but it is ultra modern. I’m not a big fan of their choice over the range either,, it’s not what I recommended but I don’t live there.
