This is the 1978 Ford TE Cortina sedan, this particular car has a 4.1 lt or 250 cu in crossflow engine which produced 92 kW or 123 hp and had a top speed of 179 kmh or 111 mph.
This one is a customised Cortina with a V8 big block.
I just read a post about the new McLaren Senna and hop one click Ford Cortina :-)... But it's good to see more affordable cars and especially people who restore it with passion. It seems just out of the factory.

I was 21 at this time and the vinyl roof was all the rage just like shag carpeting. People will buy anything if they see it on TV. 😎
