MOMENTOS DE SILENCIO
Siempre cuando podamos tomemos ese momento de silencio con nosotros mismos, ese momento tan especial que nos permita escuchar nuestros pensamientos, nuestra respiración el palpitar de nuestro corazón, y agradecer que aún seguimos en este plano terrenal dispuestos a luchar, a soñar, a llorar, a vivir .
Momentos de silencios que aunque ya pocos quedan, gracias a los suburbios del día dia, siempre están esperando allí, a que le dediquemos nuestro espacio .
Descansa, reflexiona, crece, detente y toma tu cita con el silencio tu mente y alma te lo agradeceran.
