“A change is as good as a holiday” presented by @sikha12
I am very excited to take part in this contest which is a diary game but apart from normal diary we have to present a day where a change is compared to a holiday.
I am inviting my friends @shubham26, @jyotithelight and @avvi08 to join with me and participate in this contest.
" A change is as good as a holiday" the title itself indicates the change we need to bring in our life to make ourselves happy and content from our daily routine.
So I'm sharing with you all a day in my life in which I visited my neighbour's 25th anniversary and enjoyed a lot from morning till evening and at night we return home late.
So you are my diary begins as a knew that we had to attend the anniversary function so I got up early to do my daily routine and for the breakfast I tried to make some easy beezy breakfast of upma and went to a nearby parlour for my threading and clean up.
We were invited at the function from around 12 noon to 9:00 p.m. so I choose to a Lehenga of my sister-in-law in law for the function. I started getting ready and tried to look my best.

My sister-in-law did rest of my makeup and after getting ready I went to purchase some gifts for the neighbours as it was their special day.
Coming back from the gift shop I asked my sister-in-law to click some of my pictures of mine as after ages I was wearing a lehenga which is my most favourite outfit after saree.
We all got ready and went to celebrate the big day of uncle and aunty. Aunty was looking beautiful as she was wearing a beautiful purple saree and looked like a queen.
The best part was availability of her daughter as she studies abroad and had flew for the celebration of a parents. Both gifted each other beautiful diamond ring and everyone was very happy there.
After the cake cutting we enjoyed the sangeet session at which everybody danced with joy and uncle sang old romantic songs for aunty was the the moment to behold. In life having a good partner is like a blessing.
Proceeding further was our food time as the missed our lunch due to late celebration. For the food we had typical India meal which we can find in older parties and the taste of the food was good.
After having the food we opened the gifts received and after enjoying the masala cold drinks are family returned back and it was around 8:30 p.m. so after coming back I made my bed and then boiled the milk.
After boiling the milk I went to the terrace to bring the clothes which I kept for drying. In this monsoons it is very difficult to find sun and the clothes which are getting dried without sun contains foul smell so what I did was I applied some perfumes on all the dried clothes .
So friends I hope you will enjoy going through my diary thank you all for reading it.

Threading and cleaning from the parlor is very important before going to any event. The lehenga suits you very well. Aunty looks beautiful in saree and I just love her flowless makeup look. Happy anniversary to them. No doubt, you had a great day. Wish you good luck in this challenge my friend.
