Bittrex notification: Steem disabled for maintainence (again)

There's a big flag across the top of the btc:steem page that btc:steem is disabled for maintenance. And the status page lists steem as "inactive"

This is the same message that was there during the hack, and it had disappeared for a while. I have to wonder whether this heralds further problems

If this is, in fact, more hackers or more problems from the same hackers, It strikes me as a bit disturbing that the solution to security issues is to shut down the market and prevent people from doing what they want with their funds....

This whole thing is about freedom and decentralization, right.
