We finally ended up clearing his browsing data history and that resolved the issue. He was using Chrome ver. 73.0.3683.603
then he changed back his comment setting to 100% and he is still able to comment without the RPCError.

    I was able to for a while as well, but then it got to the point where it didn't matter what I did, the 100% option wouldn't work. Even with clearing everything out. Is he still able to comment using the 100% power up feature?
