Harpa konserthus eit landemerkje i Reykjavik
Harpa konserthus og konferansesenter vart opna i 2011. Då hadde Island eit mesterlig designa byggverk som står fram som eit landemerkje i hovudstaden. Den moderne bygningen vert brukt til konsertar, utstillingar, førestellingar og konferansar.
Bygningen er ikkje berre spektakulær sett utanfrå, men også når du kjem inn imponerer bygningen med spennande arkitektoniske detaljar. Bileta som er lagt ved prøver å visa noko av desse fine detaljane.
Harpa Concert Hall and Conference Center opened in 2011. Then, Iceland had a masterfully designing construction work that appears as a landmark in the capital. The modern building used for concerts, exhibitions, performances and conferences.
The building is not a pretty spectacular sight, but also when you enter, the building impresses with impressive architectural detail. The pictures that are attached try to show some of these fine details.

I visited Reykjavík back in 2001. Iceland made a strong impression on me.
I loved it very much and hope to return some day. Of course, we had to visit in winter (we had made a trip to Minneapolis from London - which was cheapest with Iceland Air.) Strangely, it was warmer in Reykjavík than in Minneapolis.
Good to see that developments are made. Yes, slightly strange-looking building, your konserthus, but it is strangely attractive.
