[Translation to Portuguese] Citrus-CAF (10% to 20%)

Today I finished translating 10% of Citrus-CAF, and waiting for approval.

As you can see here no one was translating the app into the portuguese language. So I decided to contribute in this app as a translator. The app contain 1206 strings (4708 words).
