Photography and poetry #1 : To a red-haired beggar by Charles Baudelaire
Hi buddies,
As you know I am passionate about photography. But I also like literature and especially poetry. I think that my Iranian origins are for many.
Last weekend I had this idea that I find beautiful : to take poems that I like and try to put them in a photography.
This poem, called "A Mendiante Roussee", is a poem by Charles Baudelaire (1821-1867) published in the Parisian paintings section of Les Fleurs du mal.
Spleen and ideal is the first of the six sections of Flowers of Evil. The other five sections, Parisian paintings , Fleurs du mal (flowers of evil), Revolte, Le Vin(Wine), and La Mort(Death), attempt to provide an answer to the artist's spleen. To a red-haired beggar is the third poem of the section. This poem has a secondary role in the collection, but it perfectly illustrates the artist's paradoxical vision of the world around him. This piece first appeared in the newspaper Le Présent of November 15, 1857, with two others in the section of the Parisian paintings: Landscape and the Sun.
I can not decently allow myself to translate this masterpiece ....

Blanche fille aux cheveux roux,
Dont la robe par ses trous
Laisse voir la pauvreté
Et la beauté,
Pour moi, poète chétif,
Ton jeune corps maladif,
Plein de taches de rousseur,

Qu'une reine de roman
Ses cothurnes de velours
Tes sabots lourds.
Au lieu d'un haillon trop court,
Qu'un superbe habit de cour
Traîne à plis bruyants et longs
Sur tes talons ;
En place de bas troués,

Sur ta jambe un poignard d'or

Que des noeuds mal attachés
Dévoilent pour nos péchés
Tes deux beaux seins, radieux
Comme des yeux ;

Et chassent à coups mutins
Les doigts lutins,
Perles de la plus belle eau,
Sonnets de maître Belleau
Par tes galants mis aux fers
Sans cesse offerts,
Valetaille de rimeurs
Te dédiant leurs primeurs
Et contemplant ton soulier
Sous l'escalier,
Maint page épris du hasard,
Maint seigneur et maint Ronsard
Épieraient pour le déduit
Ton frais réduit !
Tu compterais dans tes lits
Plus de baisers que de lis
Et rangerais sous tes lois

Cependant tu vas gueusant
Quelque vieux débris gisant
Au seuil de quelque Véfour
De carrefour ;

J'adore ton poème, il est très beau. Tu aurais de conseils pour bien débuter sur Steemit? Je suis nouvelles, mon compte a été accepté aujourd'hui. Je voulais faire un blog érotique. Mais je vois que l'art plaît bien aussi!

J'ai beaucoup de conseils pour débuter mais il faut rendre à César ce qui est à César et il se trouve que @roxane fait un travail fantastique et qu'il vaut mieux à mon humble avis te sourcer sur son site internet (merci @roxane ^^).
Quant à ton projet de blog érotique, je suis bien curieux de savoir son contenu, mais je dois te prévenir d'une chose : Steemit est basé sur une technologie Blockchain et aucun article que tu posteras ne seras plus modifiable ni supprimable au bout d'un certain temps, prends donc cet information au sérieux :).
Dernièrement sur Steemit, il y a de tout, et c'est bien ce qui rend la chose passionnante. Tu vas rentrer dans un nouveau monde avec un autre public que tu cotyais jusque là !!!
