Haii ,, My name is sianjhihan, I have a story about my dream, my life and my motivation.
I come from jogjakarta. My father, a retired sugar factory, did not dampen my motivations, dreams and aspirations to find a job that would please them. My story begins when I want to be a WARA, yap air force woman who I think is the beginning of why I want a career in the air. in 2012 I enlisted to be a WARA all kinds of business I do from physical to prayer I pray to GOD Almighty, but apparently it is not there my way because I failed in the area pantauhir. 2012 is the first year I started my adventure to achieve the dream of becoming a FLIGHT ATTENDANT

I try to achieve this dream by the end of 2012 in Garuda Indonesia airline which at that time opened recruitment in jakarta, but I still hesitate whether I can afford? I was able to? Moreover at that time I still work in a fast food restaurant in jogja that I can not possibly leave more from one day ?? but at that time I was sure ,,, I must dare to take a step far ahead and I quit my job at that time to achieve my dream of becoming a flight attendant.
It's not easy I started all this many challenges and shortcomings that I had to fix but I had to try. then with the spirit and confidence I stepped into jakarta with him who sincerely drove me to the capital.
I was optimistic I was sure to achieve my dream but what power was the first chance that I have not produced results, yapp I failed at the stage of Psikotes, maybe you already know a lot about the recruitment step garuda Indonesia is so long and at the beginning of recruitment I've failed, maybe I can not? I can not? or indeed I'm not ready for all this ?? ahh finally I decided to go back to jogja with the spirit of improving myself and I'm sure will achieve that dream sometime.

After I failed to achieve my dream in 2012 I continue to improve myself until mid-2013 I dared myself again trying to reach the dream, I returned to Jakarta back to kosambi and ready to start achieving that dream.

Initial test begins:
First: high-weight test (Thank goodness I went through with ease)
Second: psychotes (now I can afford it, maybe because it has been experienced hehe)
Third: user interview

well in the third step I failed again, whatever wrong but at least I know why I failed.

I still keep the dream dream of being a stewardess, the dream of a village girl who after high school after wanting to get a job desirable.
At the end of 2013 to cover self-improvement I am looking for another job that can support my independence, I joined the Sales Promotion Girl in unilever. My experience becomes SPG in unilever will become my helper when I follow recruitment again.

the beginning I achieved my dream

The date was the happiest date, I stepped my feet and prepared to start the recruitment held in jogja (sheraton hotel) early in the morning I was preparing for the recruitment committee to see me in all my readiness to become an FA.

First: Test User

In this test the first measurement and weigh the weight, if the ideal and qualify will continue the user test (diliat skin health and a little interview)

Second: Psychotes

Psychotest test continued in the afternoon with the condition without our provisions (me and he who always faithful where and wherever I am) remain the spirit. at that time I got the 11 o'clock shift. This test is about English language skills and some psychological tests in general. This test finished at 1 pm and immediately announced escaped or not and jeng .. jeng ... jeng finished test I left the room to fill the worms in the stomach that makes me stagger: p until I do not know the announcement escaped or not. with semnagt I ask: Alhamdulillah I escaped again and tomorrow dated 12 juni I took a competency interview.

Third: Interviewing Competencies

The next day I went back to Sheraton for a competency test, we tested our daily activities, hobbies, motivation and everything full English, so for the FA wannabe must prepare as well as possible so that we look capable and competent to be part of Garuda Indonesia, in this stage the announcement will disms the committee and as it turns out
yeayy .... I escaped again and was invited to background check on 18 juni 2014.

Fourth: Background Check

In this test we will be given essays about NKRI and family lineage so if you get to this stage means to prepare everything well but if there is less info we are allowed really to just sms asked people home.
Thank goodness I was given convenience and LOLOS in this stage and wait for the schedule Health tests that will diinfokan through sms.

Fifth: Health test

This test is to see us FIT or UNFIT if indeed we have no serious illness and there is no shortage that causes us disruption in working as a stewardess we will surely in declare FIT and get to stage PANTUHIR in jakarta.
(do not forget to fast before undergoing this test)
and ...... I declared FIT and escaped and invited to jakarta but before there is a briefing first from bu krisna in ambarukmo hotel so kind of giving our free tickets to jakarta and some suggestions so that we show the best later in pantauhir in jakarta ..
