The propaganda of a healthy active lifestyle was conducted in the country. It was organized to inform the general public about the dangers of alcohol. Posters such as "All to fight against drunkenness," a green snake peeping from the bottle, flashed bulletin boards. Competitions of youth propaganda teams on this theme became fashionable. Wall newspapers, "Komsomol Projector", bulletins were issued, where those who abused the "green potion" were laughed at. There was not a single number of satirical magazines "Crocodile", "Pepper" without such material.
