Yoga for physical problems in old age
Spiritual energy is transmitted in the body by practicing yoga every day. It gives flexibility in the body, and the stubbornness goes away. There are some essential yogic exercises which can be used to reduce the impact of aging on a regular basis.If this is easier than 60, the problem of old age is far away.
Mountain Pose(Tadasana)- This is the pose to be done by standing. Standing straight in it, pulling the arm above the head and pulling the upper body upwards. Then pick up the heels. The concentration also increases with the practice of Mountain Pose.
This helps in correcting the imbalance. This removes the problem of forgetting
Sukshma exercise- There is a group of asanas in it, toe bending, ankle bending and rotation, wrist bending and rotation, neck and shoulders exercise. Sukshma exercise puts an impact on the smallest joint of the body. It also benefits from arthritis.
Butterfly Pose-
It looks like butterfly wings. The knees are lowered by mixing the two soles of your feet. This makes the kidneys and blender strong and provides power. Which removes urinary incidence of urine in the elderly. In addition to this, it activates the body and escapes tiredness.
Cobra Pose (Bhujangasana)-
Laying the belly of the stomach, keeping both palms near the shoulders, the body is raised above the navel. It's easy for people of this age. This posture helps to relieve the pain of pain or stiffness. By doing this easy digestion becomes stronger.
Corpse Pose (Shavasan)-
It reduces mental and physical stress. The problem of insomnia is especially seen in the elderly. Sleep does not come well with physical speed. After doing yoga regularly, Corpse Pose completely eliminates the problem of insomnia. It is a good posture for high blood pressure patients.
Alternate Nostril Breathing (Anulom Vilom Pranayama)-
First of all, sit comfortably and have to leave the left nostril with the left nostril. Then take the breath away from the nose and leave it. Breath should be slow and deep. Through the practice of this pranayama, energy is transmitted in the body and immunity increases.
Breathing techniques are very important for our energy. People are lazy exercise today, so it's good to motivate them.
