Refreshing
Hello my dear friends, hope are you well this time .now this time weather change heavily like some time temperature rasie up very high or sometimes temperature down .overall mixed weather .
When temperature very high then time our body realise sodium. We are also tried for working. Basically those people working in this weather for their livelihood, i suggest this people, please drink liquid juice, glucose or saline. If you drink this liquid water or glucose then recover your body ,water and sodium balance.
Few minutes ago ,i come back home .when i come back then i really surprised cause my wife made lemon juice. Finally i drink this feeling refreshing.
This photo ,after sunset . Weather changed. Temperature should be down this time .i also outing in my home for walking. Then the time i capture this view .this my today history.
