Mutton-pulao Recipe

Those who eat non-eaters will enjoy the taste of mutton casserole. Cook the meat in rice and spices and give the taste of cinnamon, cardamom and black pepper. They can also serve from dinner party to guests who come home. It can serve you even with Roy.

Ingredients of Mutton Casserole

 350 grams mutton or lamb
 2 cups rice
 4 black cardamom
 1 tsp black pepper granulated
 4 whole red chillies
 6 cloves
 1 piece cinnamon (one inch)
 4 tsp ghee, big
 1 cup onion, finely chopped
 1 tsp salt, small
 1 tsp cashmere red chilli powder, small
 1 spoon all spices (as powder), thrashed
 2 cups hot water (for rice)
 1 A pinch of food

Making Mutton Casserole

  1. Heat ghee in a pan. Add cardamom, black pepper, cloves and red chillies to it.
  2. When all this stuff is thick, add onion and fry in it.
  3. Then add all the spice material with meat, salt and red chili powder in it.
  4. Fry until it gets a bright color of the mixture. Then add two cups of water in it.
  5. Once after boiling, lighten the flame and leave it lightly.
  6. When the meat becomes soft, remove the meat and keep the side.
  7. Prepare three cups of liquid, that is, you have to add so much water to it, which makes the mixer complete as three cups. Now mix Liquid, Meat and Rice together.
  8. Boil once. Cover the pan by lightening the flame.
  9. Cook for only five minutes.
  10. Pour the food from above and cover the pan for seven minutes and cook it. Serve hot-hot.
