Masaledar chicken lollipop Recipe

Hi Guys I come again with my new recipe. Chicken Lollipop is a very famous dish, which gets water in the mouth when you hear it. Well people who eat non-veggies have eaten it out before too many. But today I will tell you the recipe to make it at home. You can serve it like a star during the party.

Ingredients of Spicy Chicken Lollipop
To make spices: 8 Guntur Red Chillies
6-7 borea chillies
1 ginger
5-6 garlic bud
2 green chillies
2 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp fennel
5-6 kg of pepper
1 stick cinnamon
A pinch white pepper
4 cloves
15 Curry leaves
coriander leaves
1 tsp coriander seeds
1 tsp turmeric
A pinch of salt
1-2 tsp oil
Chicken Ingredients:
8-10 Chicken Lollipop
1 tsp turmeric
Salt to taste
2 tsp red chili powder
2 (oil to apply on chicken) T-spoon oil
A pinch of sugar
Materials to Build Base:
2-3 tsp oil
2 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 onion, julian
7-8 Curry Leaf
1 ½ table spoon masala
3 t spoon tamarind paste
1 tsp jaggery powder
Half lemon juice
coriander leaves

Lets Made of spicy chicken lollipops
To make spices:

1. Soak all the ingredients in a pan for one minute in water.
2. Then grind it.

To make chicken:

1. Chikni lolipop put in turmeric, salt, red chili powder and two spoons of oil.
2. Then heat the oil in a pan and add chicken in it and cook until the chicken is cooked halfway on both sides.
3. Put some sugar in it and cook it.

To make the base:

1. Fry mustard seeds, curry leaves and onions in a pan.
2. Then add the chicken and spices prepared in it. Mix tamarind, jaggery and water as well. Cover the pan for a while.
3. Then mix it with lemon juice and mix it. Finally, put coriander leaves on top and serve it.
