When developing your vision, focusing on the positive is very difficult.

In the beginning it is easy to stay motivated but over time you become frustrated, and may even lose focus because of emergency, family crisis and unavoidable circumstances beyond your own control.

In my own case, during the course of my journey to accomplishing my vision in life. I let go of the past and the pain, I forget whatever doesn’t add any benefit to where I am heading. Although I get frustrated, I make sure I remain focus on ensuring that my vision is achieved.

You may ask yourself ... “How can I maintain my own focus?”

I have two simple principles that guides me and I think it may be useful for you to employ them in developing yourself:

• GOAL
  Your goal can be achieved by deciding what to do and writing them down. Maintaining focus requires confidence and determination to follow set goals.

I use these acronyms for Goal

G – Get started

Decide what you want to do now and write them down.

O – Organize

Arrange and explain clearly how to achieve your vision.

A – Action

Initiate your action by working precisely how you will accomplish each step as you go along.

L – Learn

Determine what you need to learn to get results.

• PLAN

This is the procedure showing you how the action is going to be done. It is imperative to have a plan that will help you maintain your focus in achieving your vision in life.

I put this Plan as an acronym:

P – Progressively follow your strategic plan and defined steps on a daily basis.

L – Logically stick to a routine that is suitable for you.

A – Actively develop a schedule of how you intend to implement each step gradually.

N – Now is the right time to focus on the positive.

Final Thought
Focusing on the positive puts a life of struggle to an end and it gives you the stamina to achieve that which you want.
