#Burnsteem25 The Diary Game: Colorful Houses and Strawberry Farm in La Trinidad, Benguet

Aside from Baguio City, La Trinidad is also a must visit in Benguet province. Others may mistake Baguio City as the capital of Benguet but it is not. La Trinidad is the capital, and it's located just nearby Baguio. A lot of goods being sold in Baguio are also actually from La Trinidad. The town is also a must visit.

La Trinidad may not be as developed as Baguio City, but it is a progressive town with a lot of establishments too. You can visit different places too.

The Colorful Houses in Barangay Balili

These colorful houses is actually became a project of the local government, a group, and of course the homeowners. It's actually a mural which can be seen from a distance what it looks like. However, it's not that easy to find the places where the actual look can be seen. Anyway, the houses just looks colorful from the deck to view on, and you cannot say it is very special. Still it is good that they made the project because those houses are original unpainted ones, and was formerly viewed as eye sore.

Strawberry Farm

We also went to Strawberry Farm. Of course, it just looks like any other farm with strawberries planted there. There are highlands vegetables planted too including lettuce, etc.

Strawberries look very beautiful. There aren't that much to pick though. Maybe a lot has been picked already and was already sold or brought to the market.

You can do strawberry picking. The price depends on the weight of what you picked. Actually, it is more expensive when you're the one who will pick than those the ones already on sale. If you think you'll get fresher fruits from picking, well, it seems those are just leftovers from the harvest. Thus, we only picked just around 1 kilogram.

There we re busy picking the strawberries. It's not easy to find the best ones.

Oh I picked one! But my strawberry is still empty. Not so much to pick there at that time.

They seemed busy picking and they got some. Ready for strawberry shake.

I got an strawberry ice cream being sold there. It smells good but the tastes is someone just fine.
