The Diary Game 13th May A day full of workout

Hey Guys I am Shubham Singh from India, and as always I am here fit and fine with the grace of almighty. So I know you people are also excited to know what I did on Sunday which was indeed not a funday for me.

There is a very famous quote that "the bad news is Time flies"so it is our responsibility to work hard for our dreams and chase it. Nothing much to say but as you already know since childhood I have only one dream of becoming a body builder.

Now leaving beside everything let's start with the activities which I performed on Sunday. The only day at which I wake up without alarm clock is Sunday. Began my new day with a healthy drink. From few days I am unable to complete my proper workout so I took the gym keys from my owner. And around 7:45 a.m. I went to the gym for my own workout.

Hitted the session with a few cardio for warm and again did some weight lifting exercises. I am trying to prepare myself for nationals in every possible way. Returning back to home I prepared my homemade protein powder which consists roasted and grinded dry fruits.

Having thought the idea of chilling beside the pool I called my friends and asked them whether they wanted to join me for chilling but I got to know that they were already out of the town. As the quote says never depend on someone for your happiness so I went to the pool all alone.

There in the pool I saw a father son duo chilling on the pool and the baby was too cute, he was following the footsteps of his father and was playing with the pool water.

At evening after relaxing and having a good body massage I visited my maternal uncle's house and there he gave me some tips of maintaining a healthy and good physique.

After reaching home I completed my pure vegetarian dinner of Paneer and chapatis and luckily as I was taking out a water bottle from the fridge I found some ice-cream. And without wasting a minute I took out few scoops in a bowl to have my favourite icecream.

Sunday Binge

So this was my activities which I performed on Sunday. Hope you people have also celebrated a blast weekend as it is the only day we get to relax. Will keep you updated in my next post.
